DEPOSITS:
A deposit of £20.00 per person is required with all bookings. Payment made with a Credit Card will secure your room immediately. Payment made by Cheque must be received within 7 days of reserving your booking
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS:
Accounts may be settled with Cash or a valid Credit Card on departure. If you are settling your account by Cheque we require payment 4 working days before departure, or in advance.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you have the misfortune to cancel your reservation we will do our utmost to relet your room but should we fail to do so you will be liable for the following charges:-
ON ALL CANCELLATIONS LOSS OF DEPOSIT
If cancelled 6 weeks or more before the date of commencement of stay, Two-Thirds of the total cost of reservation. Less than 6 weeks prior to stay, Three-Quarters of the total cost of reservation.
We therefore strongly advise that you take out Holiday & Cancelled Booking Protection with HOLIDAY PLAN. We have secured excellent premiums for our guests and for your convenience we shall enclose a proposal plan with your acknowledgement of deposit. For total peace of mind simply complete the form & return it with the correct premium to the address at the top of the form. A certificate of insurance will be sent to you by return of post.
Rooms are generally ready by 12.00 noon on day of arrival & must be vacated by 10.30 on day of departure
Dogs allowed at the management's discretion, but are not allowed in public rooms. Valet charge of £5.00 on departure
